CHEROKEE ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

If you have been told by your family and know in your heart that you are Cherokee but some of your ancestors scattered  to the mountains or to other areas of the country  (did not enroll or could not or had no way to enroll or had family to perish on the (Trail of Tears) during the enrollments and the gathering of our people to be taken to Oklahoma, then you are possible one of the Cherokee people's descendants  Please write or email for an enrollment application. Once you fill out the enrollment form and gathered all the paper work asked for and the  information on your pedigree chart, one of our genealogist will be happy to help you find your Cherokee people if its possible, so that  you may become  a citizen of our Cherokee tribe. If you are an American Indian (connected to another tribe) but can not involve your self in      their community activities because you are to far away, and you would like to join our             Cherokee community activities. You will be welcomed by our Indian family to do so. For those of you who already belong to another tribe we are an Indian tribe not an organization.  As such we do not except those who are embraced by another tribe with out a resignation from that tribe and proof signed by your Chief that this is true.      Our Tribal Office is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
